United Beauty Supply is looking for a full-time Retail Associate, for 32-40 hours per week, with shifts from 11:00am/12:00pm – 8:00pm including weekend shifts!

Our Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and promoting products in our retail environment. This sales position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with our amazing team!

What you will be doing with us:

• As our sales associate, you will greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Be the beauty expert, guide, educate, and make recommendations to our customers!
• Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store – stock and replenish merchandise as inventory is sold.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues – work collaboratively with the store team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must be 18 years of age or older, required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience is a huge plus.
• Demonstrated skillset to provide a premier experience for our clients.
• Strong verbal communication skills with our customer base, co-workers, and leadership.
• A true team player attitude!
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions.
• Flexible work availability, including weekends and holidays.

Key Notes: This is a fast-paced sales environment, and the ability to think quickly and multitask is essential. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and helping customers while achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
