Work Schedule:
- Shift Times: 8 AM 8 PM, 10 AM 10 PM, 1 PM 1 AM, 3 PM 3 AM
- Total Hours: hours biweekly
Patient Information:
- Patient Census: patients per shift
Requirements to Apply:
- Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
- Three (3) current letters of reference from healthcare providers familiar with the contractor’s clinical practice, including one from the Chief of Staff/Medical Director or Immediate Supervisor.
- Must have worked within the last 6 months
Privileging Details:
- Timeline: 6 weeks
Required Health Documentation:
- MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu
Required Certifications:
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
Background Check:
- Fingerprints and security clearance required
Board Certification Requirements:
- Certified NP or PA
EMR System:
- CCHCF’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) System
License Requirements:
- Any State NP/PA License accepted
