Job Description
Hyatt Hotels and Resorts
- Posting monthly transactions
- Preparing monthly invoices and statements
- Posting cash receipts and wire transfers, reconciling A/R trial balance to General Ledger as needed
- Communicating with customers regarding collections issues
- Assisting various special projects as assigned including receiving, inventory and purchase orders
- Hotel cash bank
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualification

- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and financial accounting systems (Oracle preferred)
- Two Years of accounting experience
