Your New Role

As a Fitter/Welder with us, you will:

• Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies, ensuring precision every time
• Use MIG, TIG, stick welders, air arc machines, and cutting torches to create quality metalwork
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and symbols accurately
• Guarantee each weld meets our high standards for quality and safety
• Collaborate with a team dedicated to on-time delivery and operational excellence

• 3-5 years of welding and fitting experience
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, with a focus on professionalism and collaboration
• Time management and multitasking abilities with keen organizational skills
• Attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to safety
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift materials regularly (up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
