Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Hotel’s restaurants, bars & Events.
- Manage approved budget, concepts, marketing plans and objectives.
- Implement and maintain Food & Beverage sales/marketing programs
- Work closely with leadership to ensure guests satisfaction
- Resolve guests concerns & complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
- Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
- Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel colleagues
- Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for beverage operations
- Perform daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards
- Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
- This role is highly visible in the operation. Recognizing and maintaining relationships with regular guests as well as cultivating relationships with new patrons through effective marketing and personal interaction is paramount.

Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience within Food and Beverage
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with guests
- Proven leadership skills
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven record of accomplishment in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to achieve financial, engagement and service goals.
- Experience with purchasing and inventories, comprehensive administrative skills, knowledge of inventory and control
