Front Desk colleagues are responsible for welcoming guests to our beautiful resort. You’ll handle the guest registration process, communication of hotel services and promotions, and luggage service. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other responsibilities will include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquires, answering hotel calls, assisting guests with luggage service, among other duties. You’ll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Colleague.
Upsell opportunities are available for all Hosts to earn additional commissions. The ability to earn these upsell bonuses are a great way to increase your pay every month!

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Previous hospitality or Front Desk experience a plus
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 25 pounds
- (2) 8 hour shifts per week, flexible on days
- The right applicant will have a positive attitude, show initiative, and demonstrate a willingness to care for people so they can be their best
