About the Family: 

Wonderful family, located in Iowa City, IA, is looking for a dependable and caring nanny to support their household. They recently added a baby girl to their family and they need help with infant care. They also have an active 11-year-old son who needs help with school pickup, activities, and homework support. 



Responsibilities: 

  • Provide infant care (feeding, changing, naptimes, age-appropriate engagement) 
  • Help with school pickup and transport to activities (hockey) for 11-year-old 
  • Assist with homework for the 11-year-old 
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep 
  • Pet care for 3 dogs and 1 cat (optional: let out or take for walks) 

Qualifications: 


  • Experience with infants CPR certification preferred 
  • Reliable and flexible with schedule 
  • Comfortable with light housekeeping and pet care (optional) 

Additional Information: 

  • 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs), 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM 
  • 36 hours/week max 
  • Start date: Early March, open to someone starting sooner if desired 
  • $20/hr

Schedule Notes: 

  • Mon-Thurs 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (36 hrs/week max) 
  • Start date: Early March, open to earlier start date if preferred
