Opening soon, Winter/ Spring 2025 on the best Restaurant block in NYC

Saint Urban is of a new generation of fine dining restaurants. It builds on classic framework of haute cuisine but strips out we feel is no longer relevant.

We emphasize over-the-top hospitality with a goal to create a guest experience so elevated and yet so comfortable, they have no choice but to return. 

We have a strong focus on wine, but in a new way; designing the food around the wine and focusing on specific old-world regions. We are as excited about sharing these wines at all price points, catering to guests at every stop along their wine journey.

We are a small team working in a highly designed space to streamline and elevate service.

We are always learning, even those of us with 30 years of experience, through our thoughtful mentoring. We are a great fit for both seasoned veterans who have learned from the best, as well as ambitious apprentices on their way to becoming the next Bocusse.
