Duties & Responsibilities
• Assists with the planning, organizing, and managing the day-to-day operations of the UTRGV Athletic Ticket Office.
• Assist with event-related ticket operations including supervision of ticket sellers, Will-Call distribution, player guest/HS recruit admissions, and general game day ticket operations.
• Assists with seeking prospective new leads for season ticket and group sales opportunities through phone, e-mail, social media and face-to-face appointments and data mining.
• Assist in processing orders and payments for tickets including management and editing of data, allocating, printing, and mailing of tickets.
• Assist in the organization, setup and breakdown of all venue, field and game day structures and layouts. Set up equipment includes, but is not limited to, tents, sponsorship banners, flags, tables, chairs, bleachers. • Supervises, trains and schedules part-time and student workers. • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director or member of UTRGV Athletics’ Senior Staff.

1. Must be admitted to an UTRGV graduate degree program.
2. Must be in good academic standing
3. Be registered full-time for the respective semester – nine (9) semester credit hours during the fall semester, nine (9) semester credit hours during the spring semester, or three (3) semester credit hours during the summer session or be registered in the required number of semester credit hours to fulfill the only remaining requirements of the degree plan.
