Someone who can turn abstract ideas into concrete action, working directly with our CEO & Head of Engineering.

As Head of Blockchain Engineering…

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving architectural and mechanism design decisions that’ll shape the future of w.ai
• Developing, testing, and deploying smart contracts that actually do something useful
• Overseeing code reviews to maintain high standards (none of that “it works on my machine” bs)
• Play a somewhat active role in growing our engineering team if needed

• Influence the development of other components of w.ai, from backend infrastructure to the application interface
• Join strategic discussions and help shape the direction of w.ai (we promise to listen and take your input seriously, as long as you bring strong arguments and justifications)
