Join our client’s team as a Tier 3 IT Support Specialist, providing high-level support in a 70/30 Mac-heavy environment. With 75 users and minimal Tier 1 and 2 tickets, you’ll handle advanced troubleshooting, system management, and A/V support. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a background in enterprise or entertainment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 3 desktop support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Maintain and update A/V systems, with an upcoming project to upgrade conference rooms.
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices and enforce protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and manage Mac, Windows, and mobile devices.
  • Train staff on digital whiteboards, video conferencing tools, and other office technology.
  • Manage system provisioning, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Provide remote support for staff across various locations.

Skills & Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in IT support/customer service.
  • Strong Mac and Windows troubleshooting skills.
  • AV knowledge is a plus.
  • Enterprise or entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
