Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel (LPN)

Location: Carlisle, PA 17015

Facility Type: Long Term Care

Term: Contract: 9 weeks

Shift: 8hrs (all shift)

Local Pay: $39/HR

Travel Pay: $1880/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week

Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• Must be certified/Licensed as a LPN
• BLS/CPR certified
• Must work every other weekend.
• Immunization Report Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report
• 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility
