Your New Role:

As an HVAC Dispatcher at SURE Mechanical, you’ll manage the daily flow of service requests and technician assignments. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth service delivery and helping us maintain our stellar reputation for top-tier customer satisfaction. With your communication and organizational skills, you’ll juggle multiple calls, coordinate technician schedules, and provide essential support to the team. You won’t just dispatch technicians—you’ll be orchestrating the entire process to ensure that every job is completed seamlessly and every customer leaves happy. Below are the responsibilities of this role:



  • Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring satisfaction from initial call through the completion of service.
  • Efficient Scheduling and Dispatch: Coordinate and optimize technician schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and timely service.
  • Technician Support: Provide field technicians with all necessary resources, including equipment management and issuing purchase orders.
  • Billing and Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as billing, keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Dispatching Experience: At least 1 year as a dispatcher, preferably in an HVAC or service-related industry.
  • Customer Service & Admin Experience: 1-2 years of experience in roles requiring strong customer service and administrative skills.
  • Workflow Management: Proficient in scheduling, dispatching, and using software systems to streamline operations.
  • Billing & Administrative Proficiency: Experience in billing procedures and comprehensive administrative support.
  • Legal Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the US.
