Your New Role

As our HVAC Field Supervisor, you’ll be an essential part of our team, overseeing field operations and supporting our technicians in delivering top-quality service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing daily service requests
  • Mentoring and conducting quality assessments of technicians’ work
  • Leading monthly meetings to review performance, safety practices, and company goals
  • Providing expert, detailed reports and recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring proper use and maintenance of company property
  • Acting as a liaison between technicians and the service manager
  • Preparing proposals and ensuring work aligns with company values and standards

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification required; NATE Certification a plus
  • Pass background check and random drug testing
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
  • Physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in tight spaces, attics, and roofs
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
