Located in Auburn, WA, you’ll play a critical role as our HVAC Install Coordinator, making sure every installation is set up for success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling, dispatching, and prioritizing install jobs to meet customer and operational needs

  
  

• Acting as a liaison between the company and installation customers

• Delivering 5-star communication via phone, email, and written correspondence

  
  

• Managing performance reports and maintaining updated information in the database

• Applying for rebates, extended warranties, permits, and required documentation

  
  

• Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally

• Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the operation running smoothly

  
  

• Participating in company training and maintaining a professional image

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3–5 years of customer service experience (preferred)

  
  

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and other relevant software)

  
  

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through

  
  

• Knowledge of Auburn and surrounding areas is a plus

• Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, or weekends if needed

  
  

• Ability to occasionally lift 5–10 lbs and maintain extended periods of sitting
