Position Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician
Pay: $17/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Pryor, OK
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Summary
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC and mechanical equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and parts replacement, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools.
• Replace and repair parts using hand and power tools.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and supplies.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair various types of HVAC equipment.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• HVAC Apprentice License required.
• Proficient in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Ability to operate hoists and cranes.
• Proficient in the use of measuring tools, including rulers, calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
