Your New Role: HVAC Technician Extraordinaire

In this role, you’ll take on residential HVAC responsibilities, from diagnosing and troubleshooting to installing and maintaining essential heating and cooling systems. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Troubleshoot and Repair: Identify and resolve system issues to ensure comfortable, energy-efficient homes
  • Install with Precision: Handle HVAC installations with expertise and attention to detail
  • Maintain Systems: Perform preventive maintenance to help customers avoid costly repairs
  • Customer Education: Advise homeowners on best practices and solutions for long-term system performance

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); HVAC certification or degree (preferred)
  • Valid HVAC Technician license (if required by state)
  • EPA certification for refrigerants
  • Proven experience in residential HVAC
  • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in diverse environments (attics, basements, crawl spaces)
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
