This position involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security, audio-visual (AV), and networking systems in residential and commercial spaces to meet clients’ high expectations and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure security, AV, and networking systems based on customer requirements
- Conduct diagnostic tests and perform repairs where necessary to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Keep detailed logs of work performed and inventory used
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all installations and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
Essential Qualifications
- Proficiency in security systems, AV setup, and network configurations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant certifications in security systems, networking, or AV technologies are a plus
Work Environment
The position involves working both indoors and outdoors, potentially in various weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, lifting, and using tools for an extended period.
