1) 1) 5 to 15 years’ experience, from strong law schools , including experience in depositions, court and trial. We only represent the policyholder side, but are willing to look at and potentially hire attorneys who have previously represented only insurance companies.
2) One additional factor that is important to us is stability.
If a lawyer is constantly changing law firms, that is not something that we are looking for.
