Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Planning & Schedule Specialist to join our team in OklahomaCity, OK. In this role you will be on working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
- Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules
- Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity
- Identifies and reports performance variances
- Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline
Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience)
- Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems
- Experience conducting data analysis with Excel
- Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
- Experience with SQL and SQL Server
- EVM Earned Value Management knowledge
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project etc.)

Summary Pay Range: 63,750 – 86,250
