Our facility in Cape Canaveral, FL has an immediate opportunity for an early career Program Planner to join our mission on the FBM Program.
As our Integrated Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the Information Technologies teams in developing and maintaining comprehensive, EVM compliant project schedules and supporting the Secure Infrastructure and Capabilities in the continued effort to maintain and evolve the FBM program.



Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products


• Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)

• Identifying Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions


• Provide the program with time-phased critical
path predictive analysis and actionable planning
data, and develops recommended solutions to
programmatic execution conflicts.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.


Our level 2 employees typically have 3-6 years of experience.

Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our Cape Canaveral facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:
• Data analysis experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


• Knowledgeable in Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experienced with a scheduling tool such as MS
Project or Open Plan Professional.


• Customer service experience.

• Presentation experience.


• Strong organizational skills

• Familiarity with Tableau


• Experience in analyzing or reviewing Earned Value Management metrics

• Ability to work on a team and independent

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9×80 every other Friday off
