We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work with the Human Resources team as a Learning and Development Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs within a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about employee development, creative in their approach, and possesses strong communication skills.

CCC has a hybrid/remote work philosophy. If the selected candidate is in the Danvers, MA area, they will be working at least one to two days a week in our Danvers, MA headquarters from June 2, 2025 through August 15, 2025.



What you will be doing:

  • Support instructional design projects by conducting research, scripting content, and structuring course materials for professional development trainings
  • Co-facilitate professional development trainings and peer group discussion sessions to increase engagement in a remote setting
  • Collaborate with HR team and assist in designing & developing engaging eLearning modules using tools like Absorb create and or other authoring software tools
  • Design PowerPoint templates, learner resources, and other materials to support live training sessions
  • Enhance learning management system (LMS) user experience by auditing current courses on CCCU/Absorb LMS and streamline content organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update training courses on CCCU/Absorb LMS, and provide administrative support within LMS, including user management, course enrollment, content uploading, removal of expired courses and reporting
  • Identify technical & professional development training courses on LinkedIn Learning or on external training vendor sites to support employee’s overall development
  • May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Organization Development, Human Systems or a related field.
  • Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
  • Basic understanding of computer skills, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for modernizing learning experiences with fresh, engaging approaches.
  • Are a life-long learner with a passion for helping others grow and develop in their careers
