SSAB has immediate opportunity for an IT Developer Analyst to join our growing team in Axis, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, end users, vendors, and systems teams in a Microsoft Azure environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with C#.NET and SQL Server.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and support of assigned applications, including program documentation, systems operating instructions, application user guides(s) and test plans in accordance with company standards and methodologies.
- Responsible for developing and coordinating deployment of releases utilizing SSAB’s systems such as Service Now and Azure DevOps.
- Responsible for driving application changes based on business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, end users, vendors and systems teams and may provide project management support for small-scale projects.
- Lead smaller projects in the Project Lead role with minimal supervision.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience with C#.NET and SQL Server
- Web development with HTML/JavaScript/CSS/Angular preferred
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Cloud Architecture a plus
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
