IT Engineer I

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT solutions that meet business needs.

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Conduct system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Monitor network infrastructure and systems to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

• .Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative solutions to the organization’s IT strategy.

• Manage and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure, configurations, and support processes.

• Assist in planning and executing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

• Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

• Experience with server and workstation operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus.
