We’re Hiring: Japanese Community Moderator (Remote, Part-Time).
Work Type: Remote, Part-Time (10 hours per week).
Salary: $400 – $500 per month (depending on qualifications).
Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Japanese with good English skills.
- Strong knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and gaming ecosystems.
- Experience moderating online communities on platforms like Discord and Telegram.
- Ability to dedicate 10+ hours per week to community engagement.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle conflicts or disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with community members on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and X.
- Moderate discussions to ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Respond to questions, provide support, and share updates from the Saakuru Labs team.
- Organize and encourage participation in community events and activities.
- Monitor community activity to identify trends, concerns, or opportunities for engagement.
- Enforce community guidelines and address conflicts or rule violations promptly and professionally.
