Your New Role

As a Journeyman Electrician, you’ll:

• Perform electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial customers in Northfield, MN, and surrounding areas.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Install systems and fixtures, read and interpret blueprints, and prepare bids as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate work activities when required, maintaining job site cleanliness and professionalism.
• Represent the company with excellent communication and top-notch customer service skills.

• Active Journeyman Electrician License.
• Experience: 3+ years in residential service and maintenance operations.
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree in a related field preferred).
• Strong technical understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and lighting systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Own trade tools, pass a background check, and drug screening.
• Solid communication, customer service, and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with software like Service Titan is a plus!
