Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and establish new client relationships through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their legal needs and objectives.
Articulate the benefits and features of our services to prospects, tailoring the presentation to resonate with their specific requirements.
Demonstrate a deep knowledge of our legal offerings and how they align with the needs of different client segments.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, diligently tracking interactions and progress in our CRM system.
Collaborate with our legal team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client, providing accurate and relevant information for a successful engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge and identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to team meetings, share insights, and participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
Compensation:
This role is 100% commission based.
There is a small monthly draw in place to support you to ensure that your basic living expenses are covered. Bonus incentives are placed at key thresholds of performance.
As an LBA comes up to full capacity, annual OTE will range from $150k – $275k+
This role is performance based and you will have 60 days as a trial to meet a minimum agreed upon threshold to maintain the role.

Proven track record of remote high ticket sales
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build meaningful relationships.
Strong problem-solving abilities, able to identify clients’ pain points and propose tailored solutions.
Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining client confidentiality and trust at all times.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
A passion for continuous learning and personal growth, staying updated on industry developments and sales techniques.
