Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking a lead barista to join our team in Nashville. Open availability is essential, especially on weekends.

Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee.

We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with three restaurants in NYC, locations in Austin, Nashville, and Denver, and more on the horizon. The Two Hands approach to food is that it is good for you, good for the environment, simple, and tastes good. At Two Hands, our goal is for our ingredients to come from local farms to support our communities in New York, Texas, Tennessee, and Colorado.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential.

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least two years of experience as a barista in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
• Full weekend availability
• Bar experience is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of a daytime dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
• Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times
• Reliability and punctuality
• A friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality
• Ability and willingness to learn and work well within a team
• Great work ethic and a passion for service
• A love for hospitality

WE OFFER:

• Daily compensation average of $30 per hour including tips ($6 per hour before tips)
• Health insurance available after 3 months
• A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours
