Hard Rock Hotel and Casino
Under the direction of the Sous Chef, the incumbent is responsible to ensure food line is full as well as serve food from the buffet. Keeps server station clean at all times.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
- Ensure station is full at all times.
- Maintain proper food temperatures.
- Keep station clean.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Promote positive public/team member relations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
