Job Description
MD-South, The Claims Litigation Specialist will oversee and monitor all claims that are in the litigation status while providing directions to the TPA claim staff and Defense Counsel based on prudent claim and legal principles. Reporting to the Liability Claims Supervisor, you will review and monitor open litigation cases for the purposes of diary, reserves, subrogation, Pre-Trial, and Trial dates.
