• Must have active state license
• Weekdays, Days, Call
• 21 – 28 patients per day in clinic, 1 – 2 patients per day in nursery level 1
• Outpatient clinic, nursery level I and pediatric floor
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
