·       Our 254-bed full-service facility offers emergency care, a primary stroke center, orthopedics and the only licensed obstetric and pediatric units in Charlotte County.


The role you’ll contribute:


Performs the repair and maintenance of assigned areas that would require performing tasks which normally would come under such trades as plumbing, electrical, A/C, refrigeration, mechanical, drywall repair, flooring repair or painting.


The value you’ll bring to the team:


·       Performs repairs to building in a competent, neat, and workmanlike manner.


·       Demonstrates the ability to identify the proper tools to use and inquires as to any questionable needs to the appropriate person.


·       Ensures work area is clean and free of debris when repair is complete.


·       Ensures materials are available and on-hand prior to starting repair.



·       Accurately completes and turns in work orders and P.M.’s on a daily basis.



·       Performs all Life Safety PMs and Work Orders within one month of assignment 95%.


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:


  • Minimum qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years of experience as a building maintenance/repair technician or the equivalent trade school certification.
    • Driver License, Valid and in State Valid Class E Florida Driver’s License
