Amazon Advertising is looking for an experienced Manager for our Live Events Campaign & Creative Management (CCM) team. As our advertiser’s “go-to” experts on Amazon Advertising’s processes related to our advertising policies and creative services, CCMs earn trust and foster frustration-free advertiser experiences through seamless project management of campaigns, data-driven creative strategy recommendations and ongoing advertiser education, all aimed at helping advertisers grow their business on Amazon while upholding our end customers’ experience.



The leader of this team will be expected to own their business and the needs of their customers in relation to campaign and creative management. S/he will work cross-functionally with the Advertising Services, Go to Market, Sales, Finance, Live Event Product and Production Teams team to ensure successful execution of Ad Sales revenue and on-air broadcast schedules, and will report to the Head of Global Live Event Advertising Services. The team is responsible for managing the execution of Live Event ad campaigns, from advertiser education, creative strategy, and ultimately ensuring ads make it to air successfully.

The candidate should have deep experience in OTT and/or linear TV post sales production, with strong excel/data management, and creative management experience. Flexibility and adaptability are required mindsets as workflows will include a combination of industry best practices and proprietary tools and policies.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage a high-performing team to support sales and go-to-market teams and the wider business.
• Proactively develop forward-looking projects to scale the business.
• Drive performance improvements across the Live Events Services organization and build the foundation for it to scale.
• Work closely with the team and management to identify systems, data or process needs to help scale our business and optimize revenue.
• Use data systems such as Salesforce or ExtremeReach



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
– Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
– Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar
– Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 5+ years of hiring and retaining digital advertising teams experience
– Experience with annual brand and media planning
– Experience working with linear broadcasts

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $200,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
