Job Summary

The Manager will empower the Education team with creative, innovative, and sustainable technology solutions. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues affecting departmental performance, evaluating system and workflow operations, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The Manager will also support the Digital Education team’s weekly operational needs. Ensuring processes and systems facilitate meaningful and accurate data collection is a critical function of this position.




Job Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for L’Oréal IT to ensure accurate and timely execution of all IT/System related projects.
  • Research and recommend latest technologies and systems to streamline and automate processes across Education.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and related systems to identify solutions and communicate opportunities.
  • Prioritize, track, and execute projects impacting the education department.
  • Support the Education team through the collection of data and creation of dashboards.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining operational processes in collaboration with Director, Digital + Technology. This includes but is not limited to updating Salesforce functionality, Attendee Management Systems, SAP and education loyalty programs.
  • Facilitate Digital Education growth through weekly live-class presentations, data and metric collection and uploads, and Partner Brand communication.
  • Maintain cross functional partnerships to develop solutions and create a meaningful education journey for our customers.
  • Identify training gaps and lead the creation of SOPs

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Salesforce experience required; SAP experience preferred.

  • 3-5 years’ work experience in education administration, project management or related field
  • Must be a team player and have strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships across SalonCentric partners (both internal and external).
  • Strong critical thinking abilities to problem solve and influence across all levels of the organization to deliver business needs.
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively and to balance competing demands and priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Must be detail oriented and deliver multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high proficiency in follow-up and tracking work projects.
  • Be available on select Sundays to support Digital Education.
