What Will You Be Doing?


As the Manager, Recruitment Marketing and Employment Branding, you will help to champion and market Frontier’s employment brand to both future and current employees. In this role, you will support the Recruiting organization by developing and leading recruitment marketing content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, attract top talent, and activate candidates. This role will work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Communications and HR teams driving our employee valuation proposition (EVP) as we look to attract and engage top talent.

Essential Functions


  • This is a strategic leadership role where you will be expected to drive cross-functional projects to position Frontier Airlines as an employer of choice

  • Partner with internal executive leaders and stakeholders to develop all talent attraction strategies
  • Lead, analyze, and provide insights on recruitment marketing metrics across all channels and diagnose issues, present solutions, and optimize all sources, tools, and tactics
  • Coordinate with Human Resources and Brand Marketing to define and communicate Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and culture
  • Champion the candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding, ensuring all external recruiting content/communications represent our EVP with high-quality results, and partner with other creative teams on delivery as needed.
  • Work with Internal Communications to communicate and strengthen Frontier’s culture.
  • Manage vendor budgets, TA Marketing budget, and the sourcing of branded material
  • Work in tandem with the communications and marketing teams to develop innovative marketing materials such as flyers, branded emails, videos, infographics and other media
  • Engage current employees and increase employee advocacy by creating internal employee spotlights, blog posts, and other employee-related content to improve employer brand awareness
  • Manage external vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets to keep a pulse on active marketing campaigns
  • Research current business trends that could affect strategies and assess the success of active campaigns, and report on talent attraction initiatives and strategies focusing on recruiting outcomes
  • Champion the company’s diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging activities to support a more inclusive workplace; coordinate the activities of the Company’s Business Resource Groups.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as recruitment marketing, employer branding, brand marketing, or talent branding, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing successful talent attraction programs and initiatives
  • Strong understanding of marketing and branding best practices, including strategies for paid and organic social media, job board presence, reputation management, programmatic advertising, candidate communications, recruiting events, community outreach, CRM, and website management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program performance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • Proficient working knowledge of the Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram platforms
  • A working knowledge of content development, CRMs, programmatic advertising and analytics, employer branding strategies and recruitment processes
  • Ability to stay up to date with marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
  • Demonstrated experience exhibiting exceptional judgment, strong leadership skills, and collaborative work style
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and execute detailed, efficient, effective and innovative digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner
  • Work independently & effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change
  • Excellent program management, communication and negotiation skills with and a great track record of working across multiple teams within an organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, (English) communication and peer influencing skills
