Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, has a distinguished history of serving the community since its founding in 1890. As a not-for-profit and full-service community hospital, Sibley offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley’s campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers. As part of the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, the Sullivan Breast Center at Sibley Memorial Hospital is dedicated to breast health and the care and treatment of breast cancer.

GENERAL SUMMARY: To assist the Imaging Services Director and the Director of Breast Imaging insuring the proper and efficient operation of the Sullivan Center for Breast Health by supervising and organizing all activities in the areas of responsibility. Works closely with the center’s Director of Breast Imaging who establishes protocols related to the medical operation of the center. Develops and promotes breast screening, breast cancer, and women’s health related programs. Insures excellence in customer service in all center activities and MQSA compliance.

Minimum Education and Training Required:

1. Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Radiologic Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
3. Three to five years supervisory experience in a hospital Imaging Services Department or Breast Center.

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift. Exempt. No weekend work is required.

Salary Range: Minimum 35.01 per hour – Maximum 61.26 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
