SUMMARY OF POSITION:



Responsible to manage the daily operations and provide 24/7 coverage associated with the switchboard, emergency call procedures and paging systems for both Holy Spirit and Hampden Medical Centers. Also responsible to develop and implement departmental procedures required for the prompt and accurate execution of all duties within this sphere of responsibility. 



MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  •  Either a Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years job related experience required or six (6) years job related experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S): 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
