Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Intralox Baltimore Operations Team, the ETO (Engineered-to-Order) Manufacturing Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that workflows run smoothly and efficiently across all departments. Additionally, this person will own the strategic planning for the operations function, and collaborate with key stakeholders in engineering, and commercial teams to develop product and business strategy.
  • Always prioritizes safety.
  • Production planning, materials management, assembly, and coordinating all operational activities of ETO products for the North America market
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing streamlined processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing and allocating resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Manage a staff of approximately 20 to 30 individuals.
  • Work cross functionally with Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Testing, and Engineering to successfully achieve results
  • Identify, monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
  • Set productivity goals for each team across the ETO business, develop annual plan for ETO.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings, process enhancements, product improvements, improved customer experience, and improved safety.
  • Hire, train, develop and provide feedback for team members to be successful in current and future roles.
  • Providing strong leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork utilizing our LCI business philosophy.

Position Requirements:


  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, production management, or supply chain.
  • At least five (5) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least five (5) years of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership and team building skills including ability to influence other functional areas to drive business improvements.
  • Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Strong decision-making skills and a result driven approach.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other problem-solving training.
  • Skilled communicator
  • Proficient computer skills, ERP, Microsoft, etc.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.

Salary Range: $105,100 to $211,800
