Description:
Medical Affairs Liaison
Caries out the administrative responsibilities for senior clinical leadership and acts as the intermediary between the MSO team and senior clinical leadership as within their scope of duties.
Essential Job Duties
- Administrative support role to the senior clinical leadership and liaison with the MSO team.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with Senior Management and Chief Medical Officer.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, forms, and presentations.
- Order and maintain supplies; organize of on-site supply rooms including kitchen supplies.
- Approach challenges with a positive and solution-minded perspective.
- Assist with expense reporting and reconciliation.
- Maintain tracking documents and lists such as attendance at meetings and conferences, legal document workflow, phone lists.
- Take pride in thinking one step ahead for the people you work with, solving needs before they even arise in their mind.
- Internal runner for office/kitchen supply needs.
- Handle general correspondence on behalf of physicians and management staff.
- Assist with meeting management.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with members inside and outside the organization.
- Excellent ability to organize work and projects and the ability to organize multiple priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and printer support.
- Approachable, friendly demeanor in dealing with executives and employees.
- Strong work ethic; reliable, dependable, and operates with uncompromising integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 3+ years of experience in administrative/executive assistant care support roles; clinic, doctors office, or hospital environment
