As an offset web operator, we need someone that will monitor quality standard for jobs and adjust production as needed to deliver the highest quality products. This position is for 2nd shift, working 4 10-hour shifts.

Duties and responsibilities for this position include:

-Carefully review work order and ask questions to verify information and achieve absolute clarity about the job production requirements

-Closely review color requirements and set-up ink to achieve those color requirements

-Operate the press following all steps required for production according to training and manufacturer recommendation.

Run jobs according to specification on each work order

– Operate and perform basic troubleshooting on web offset presses.

– Operate bindery equipment such as a sheetfed or roll collator, guillotine cutter, and rotary padder

– Maintain individual work area for safety and cleanliness

– Perform in-process checks to ensure quality
