An Orthopedics Practice that has been in the community for 35+ years is seeking another Orthopedic Surgeon to join their practice.


The current surgeon is 1-2 years from retiring so this is a unique opportunity to practice alongside him as a Partner before fully taking over his practice. There is a strong opportunity to perform both general and sports medicine surgical cases,


The Position:

  • Practice has been in the community for over 35 years- strong patient base, positive reputation, and little competition
  • 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week
  • 22-25 surgical cases per week
  • Work alongside 1 experienced Orthopedic Surgeon and 1 PA
  • Income potential into the $700K range includes a Base Guarantee + production, and an opportunity for Partnership after 1 year of employment
  • Negotiable Sign-on + Relocation, Full Benefits, PTO, Retirement, and more

  • Located in San Bernardino County in Southern California, this community offers scenic desert landscapes and beautiful sunsets, and is just 1.5 hours to LA
  • Compared to other areas in Southern California, housing in this community is much more affordable- housing is 1.5x cheaper than nearby Los Angeles
  • Joshua Tree and Big Bear National Park are both just 1 hour away
  • Local airport has daily flights to Denver, Seattle, New York, Atlanta, and 20 others, this community is a great balance between urban and suburban
