Your New Role

  • Conduct in-person consultations with homeowners to assess their unique heating and cooling needs
  • Provide expert, customized recommendations for HVAC systems and energy-efficient solutions
  • Create and present proposals tailored to meet comfort, efficiency, and budget goals, including financing options
  • Stay current on HVAC technologies and energy-saving trends to guide clients effectively
  • Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service from start to finish
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to Airco’s success
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and support
  • Collaborate with the installation team for a smooth, quality experience
  • Represent Airco’s commitment to customer comfort and service excellence

  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, home services, or consultative sales
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, indoor air quality (IAQ) solutions, and home comfort options (training available)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
