Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our relaxing, outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G. Inspired by local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, take ease with familiar favorites and southern comforts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely manner
• Clear tables of any dirty dishes between courses
• Assist with any clean up, set up and break down of the dining room

Department & Position Summary

PB&G, Offering up the best of Florida’s bounty in a relaxing, outdoor poolside setting. Inspired by the local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, take ease with familiar favorites and southern comforts.

The Food Runner will ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely manner. They are also responsible for clearing the table of any dirty dishes between courses. The Food Runner will also assist with any clean up, set up and break down of the dining room. Must display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities. Servers are expected to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience. The ideal applicant must thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Four Seasons Orlando is seeking candidates who have at least 1-2 years of Food & Beverage Experience, and who already possess legal work authorization for employment in the United States.
