About the roleThe Client Services Coordinator supporst our recruiting and client operations teams This is an in-office role where you’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between recruiters, clients, and candidates.

Enter job requisitions and monitor vendor management systems for requisition updates


Gather documents, review, and submit for client audits

Exercise good discretion and judgment with clients/contractors and co-workers


Assist with special projects

Customer service oriented


Ability to build rapport with people over the phone

Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)


2 Years General Office, Customer Service Recruiting, or Sales Experience

Bachelor’s Degree
