Nemours Children’s Health, Delaware is seeking a solid tumor oncologist with a focus on neuroblastoma and wilms tumor to join the Lisa Dean Moseley Foundation Institute for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
The Moseley Foundation Institute currently includes fourteen physicians, eleven nurse practitioners and 3 Pediatric Hematology/Oncology fellows. Physicians within the Division provide cross-coverage for hematology, oncology, transplant and cellular therapy patients. Our specialty programs include a comprehensive sickle-cell clinic funded by a NIGMS Center of Biomedical Research Excellence grant, a federally funded Comprehensive Hemophilia Treatment Center, a Transplant and Cellular Therapies program including participation in the STAR alliance for sickle cell disease, Neuro-oncology program, adolescent and young adult (AYA) oncology program and a long-term survivorship program. We are very active participants in Children’s Oncology Group (COG) studies and funded as an NCI-Community Oncology Research Program. This is an exciting opportunity to join a program that is rapidly growing and expanding across all missions – clinical, research and education.
The successful candidate will be Board Certified in Pediatrics, Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatric Hematology Oncology, and be eligible for unrestricted Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Medical and DEA Licenses.
