Led by top Columbia doctors, this multi-disciplinary facility will offer a wide range of specialized adult and pediatric care all under one roof.

Perioperative Services Clinical Manager – RN – Operating Room – New Building Opening – White Plains, New York

As the Perioperative Service Clinical Manager f or this brand-new Ambulatory Care Facility , you will drive efficiency and compassion in the Operating Room as well as directly impact the quality of care. Be a part of inspirational and collaborative work amongst your nursing colleagues and leaders. Support the delivery of exceptional care, coordinate patient care throughout, in addition to being an agent of health and hope. You’ll regularly participate in helping to gather staff perspectives to help positively impact the units by mentoring and motivating staff. Partner closely with nursing team leaders on quality measures, guide independent thinking, and patient-focused compassion.

This is a full time, days position working Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm in White Plains, New York.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience working in Perioperative Services
• Previous leadership experience

Required Criteria

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a master’s degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership competencies

Salary Range:

$117,000-$150,500/Annual
