Basic Purpose:
Assist attorneys as duties are assigned.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
the following are listed below:
Essential Functions:
Intake client accident report
Open claims with insurance companies
Request medical records
Assist clients with setting appointments for medical treatment
Draft demand letters
File lawsuits
Communicate with clients
Provide clients with case status updates
Research legal-related matters as required
