Must be able to perform basic pest control protocols including applying pesticides and insecticides. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations and interact with homeowners and tenants to provide an informative and pleasant experience.
Must have a valid driver's license and must be able to pass a 3-year criminal background check.
