Pesticide Technician
Pay: $16-$20 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with OT available
Days: Monday – Friday
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pesticide Technician to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in maintaining product quality and ensuring safe pest control solutions. This role involves the application of termiticide and the delivery of essential building materials, working closely with shop foremen and steel workers to maintain operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate has proven experience in pesticide treatment and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Pesticide Application: Safely apply termiticide according to industry standards and company protocols.
  • Material Delivery: Deliver building materials (nails, Visqueen, steel, etc.) to meet operational needs.
  • Inventory Management: Track job-related materials and ensure the foreman has accurate inventory data.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on pretreatment vehicles and equipment, including pumps, tanks, and hoses.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of job order details on employer-provided forms.
  • Support Steel Yard Operations: Assist steel workers with yard upkeep, storage management, and rebar organization.
  • Shop Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized shop and storage building.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Verifiable experience in pesticide treatment required.
  • License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safety procedures in industrial environments.
