The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally standing, walking with, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs; driving motor pool vehicle, regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; standing for greater than 5 hours at a time; walking several miles per day; and performing repetitive motions (such as typing).

The shift for this position is day shift, 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday- Friday, with some holiday requirements. Hours and days of the week subject to change on the needs and growth of the department.

Assists Pharmacy Supply Chain staff in the transportation and distribution of medications and supplies across the state for the enterprise. Works closely with Phrarmacy Supply Chain staff to meet the needs of the department including, but not limited to, assisting with procurement and movement of supplies, preventative maintenance of equipment, and routine cleaning requirements. Requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively to patients and healthcare staff. Must be able to drive a University of Kentucky Motor Pool vehicle for courier services to both on-site and off-site locations.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, dependable, have the ability to prioritize and be self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Licensed driving experience, Inventory management experience.
